Reservation Information
We will carefully prepare for a trip filled with rest and comfort.
01.
Reservation Information
You can make a reservation through our real-time booking system or by phone.
For phone reservations, payment must be made to confirm the reservation. (Reservation is completed only after payment following a phone reservation)
For real-time bookings, after booking, you must pay the full amount within 6 hours under the booker’s name to confirm the reservation.
If you need to change your schedule, please notify us at least one week in advance.
Please make your reservation carefully, and read the reservation guide, important notes, and refund policies before proceeding.

Check-in/Check-out Information
Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the last day. Please strictly follow check-in and check-out times for the convenience of other guests.
If you arrive after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance. Without prior notice, your check-in may be restricted.
Upon check-out, please separate food waste and other trash and place them in the designated collection areas to maintain a clean environment.
After cleaning the room, please undergo a check-out inspection, and return the room key to the office.

Room Capacity and Regulations
You cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in each room.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged (including infants).
You cannot check in if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.
Additional guests not included in the reservation will be denied entry and no refunds will be provided, so please be aware.
No external visitors or individuals not part of the reservation are allowed to enter.
If prior notice is not given, there may be restrictions on check-in.
Upon check-out, please separate food waste and other garbage and place them in the designated areas to maintain a clean environment.
After cleaning the room, please undergo a room inspection. Once the inspection is complete, be sure to return the room key to the office.

BBQ, Fireplace & Campfire Information
BBQ Grill Usage Fee:
20,000 KRW per session (includes charcoal and grill). Payment is made on-site. An additional 5,000 KRW per person.
Please call the office 10 minutes before mealtime to request charcoal for the BBQ grill on your room’s terrace.
Charcoal Request Time: 5:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM
Personal use of BBQ grills (charcoal) is strictly prohibited. Please request charcoal from the office (to prevent fire hazards and grill damage).
For a delicious BBQ, we recommend preparing the pork neck slightly thicker.
BBQ usage is only allowed in the designated BBQ areas of your room.
Campfire and Fireplace Information:
Campfire (fireplace) firewood costs 50,000 KRW per session. It must be reserved in advance.

Important Notices
Pets are not allowed in the rooms. (Violation will result in no refund and immediate eviction.)
Please refrain from making loud noises to avoid disturbing other guests.
Minors are not allowed to check in without a guardian, and refunds will not be provided for this reason.
Please bring your own personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes and razors.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of facilities during their stay, so please be careful.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas for non-smokers.
For fire prevention, campfires, mosquito coils, and similar items are prohibited. Additionally, grilling, candles, and portable gas stoves are prohibited inside the rooms.
Cooking meat inside the room is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated terrace area for grilling. (This is to ensure the comfort of other guests and to prevent fire and odor issues.)
06.
Refund Policy
In order to establish a proper reservation culture, our pension operates the following refund policy for cancellations. Please confirm and read carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date of stay.
Even if you cancel immediately after making a reservation on the same day, the cancellation will be considered as same-day cancellation, and a refund will not be possible.
Additional charges for extra guests or options are payable on-site and are not refundable.
Refund fees (based on the accommodation fee and date of stay):
• Same day to 3 days before: No refund
• 5 days before: 50% refund fee of the room rate
• 7 days before: 30% refund fee of the room rate
• 10 days before: 10% refund fee of the room rate
